Firefighters around the world are known as having high integrity and honesty.
In a behavioural interview, a situation is described and interviewee’s are asked how they behaved or responded in the past in a similar situation. Behavioural interview questions will be very specific and involve more probing than in traditional interview questions. A behavioral question is meant to draw out a candidates past experience by providing specific examples.
